How do I ensure I’m using the latest version of PRMA after an update?

After an update to PRMA is released, it may be necessary to clear your device or browser cache to ensure you are using the latest version. Please follow the instructions below for your specific device or browser type.

Android

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Android browser: Go to Menu > More > Settings or Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security.
    Chrome: Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy.
  3. Android browser: Tap Clear cacheClear history, and Clear all cookie data as appropriate.
    Chrome: Tap Clear browsing data at the bottom of the screen, leave the defaults selected (browsing history, cache, and cookies), then tap Clear.

iOS

  1. From the home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Toward the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, tap the button for Clear History and Website Data, then tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

Fire tablets (2nd generation Kindle Fires or newer)

  1. Tap Silk Browser to open the web browser.
  2. Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy.
  3. Tap Clear browsing data.
  4. Make sure Browsing historyCache, and Cookies, Site data are selected. Then, tap Clear.

Chrome (on desktop)

  1. Navigate to PRMA
  2. Open the Chrome’s Developer Tools (F12 or Ctrl-Shift-I on Windows)
  3. Right-click on the Reload icon
  4. Select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”
